Looking at en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Right-_and_left-hand_traffic#Driver... the fact that the vehicle is clearly right-hand-drive doesn't appear to be any sure indication that this vehicle is British, and although I initially suspected that it was the registration plate, assuming that it is an official one, simply doesn't match the post 1903 UK convention - en.wikipedia.org/wiki/British_number_plates#Before_1932 I can see no markings anywhere to give any clue of the make of the vehicle. Just a note on the quality of the scan - the particular textured paper seems to have created some marked speckled reflections which has made it much lower quality than the original.
