BROADALBIN — Andrew Lafoy, 19, of 67 Union Street Amsterdam, was arrested by Village of Broadalbin police and charged with criminal possession of stolen property. Lafoy attempted to pawn several stolen items at a pawn shop in the city. The items were stolen during a burglary in Fulton County. Lafoy was arrested on an active arrest warrant out of the City of Amsterdam following an event at the Broadalbin Perth High School.
