Dear Sir/Madam, My name is Ben Jianfa Tsai. For my last two trips with Emirates, From Melbourne to Singapore, when i pull the toilet seat - bum rest cover up, it failed to stand upright and keep falling down. This is annoying as when other passengers pee, they will dirty the bum rest on the toilet seat. On my last flight back from Singapore to Melbourne (3rd Jan), i noticed the stewardess collect the used facial towels from the passengers without wearing any gloves. One of the stewardess collected the used towels from me with her bare hands and placed into the tray. As Australia is very strict on the spread of Ebola into the country, i hoped that the collection of the used towels will be handled by the stewardess wearing gloves. If not, why do the stewardess collect dirty food trays with gloves? On a separate note, i noticed that my hand carry luggage was stored in the overhead compartment. If someone open the compartment, as i am sitting underneath the compartment, i won't be able to see if people are stashing e.g. drugs or stealing from valuables from me. Given there are two aisles and four over head compartment rows in all planes, why not encourage passengers to store their belongings in the overhead compartment on the opposite area? Such that when people open the overhead compartment in e.g. over the seats in the middle of the plane, i would be able to look across into the overhead compartment on top of the middle seats when i am sitting in the seats on the side of the plane. I tried submitting my feedback through the website but it doesn't work. I entered the security code according to the image 24 times but it says incorrect. Dear Sir/Madam, My name is Ben Jianfa Tsai.
