I was shocked to discover the faulty park lamp hanging precariously by a wire at Fawkner Park, South Yarra, Melbourne, VIC, Australia – “COM0590” ID number on sticker on lamp (see photo enclosed). I am disappointed to see Parks Victoria - customer service officer choosing the path of least effort to redirect the problem to other agencies instead of forwarding the tweet directly to the right agency and CC me (see photo enclosed). Now I have to write this letter and yet unsure if the safety hazard would be fixed ASAP. Please note that I had also sent a copy of this letter to City of Melbourne council and CitiPower.
