I am a frequent shopper at Officeworks. I am confused on this 5 way pen (see photo enclosed) where I could refill with 5 different pen colour. Looking at the design of the pen, it is difficult to ascertain which “pen button” relates to which inserted pen colour refill. I hope that you could use the powers vested in you to feedback to the management in Officeworks to reference to this feedback for their future merchandising decisions on the pens for Officeworks.
