| Keywords: outdoor tree plant palm tree In the lower photo that I took today its trunk is hidden behind the big Livistona australis in the right foreground. Here is another photo I took a few days ago from behind those palms, which shows this L.chinensis clearly on the left. It was 1ft. tall when I planted it in 1991 and built the plastic enclosure around it, and so it has now been in the ground for 25 years.
