This historic site was the Pioneer home and lands of Sebastian Fryfogel and his family. In memory of this centennial day, the unveiling of a stone cairn took place by descendants of this early pioneer family. The original Huron Road was paved and renamed Highway 7 as a part of this 100 year milestone. Shown here on the road in front of the tavern directing traffic is a policeman standing beside a 1928 Buick McLaughlin sedan. Over his shoulder is a 1928 Ford Model A Tudor and beside the boy on the bicycle is a 1928 Chrysler Model 52 two door.
