Roman III immediately ran toward Luis and punched him in the face, according to police, and a fight began outside the main entrance. Rodriguez, 33, mother of Ismael Roman, was charged with obstruction of governmental administration for allegedly refusing to comply with police orders to leave the area and impeding the arrests of Roman III and Valles.
