Originally called the World Building, Bekins Moving and Storage Company became its tenant from 1924 to 1937. It then became home of the Vancouver Sun newspaper (1937-65) where it became known as the Sun Tower. At the lower right is the former City Hospital (1889 addition) at 530 Cambie Street.
