When we got to mobile phone corner just past the horse's bollocks we saw this sight. Actually, that location is worth an explanation. It's the junction between Church Street and Parker Street in Liverpool. On this corner you'll find a 3 store, an Orange shop, a t-mobile shop, a phones4u, and not one but two Carphone Warehouses - hence mobile phone corner. It's also just down from the junction of Church Street and Hanover Street where there used to stand a magnificent statue of an extremely well endowed stallion - hence the horse's bollocks. Anyway, today is the Lord Mayor's Parade, so I'm guessing this military band were getting ready to march, but unfortunately fell victim to rather inclement weather. Still, the rain has stopped now so I hope things are going well for them. Yet again, it's a crappy mobile shot - shame on me. We were in town today doing a little shopping for a birthday present.
