Sue decided to book something in between her and Laura's birthdays, and chose a random night away. We ended up in the new Ramada at Southport, right next to the theatre. The place was surprisingly lovely, and the rooms were great. One of them had this massive curved balcony (it must have been about thirty feet) which gives this lovely panoramic vista of the Marine Lake. There's one wobbly stitch in there, but you get the idea, I'm sure. :) Tonight was a funny little break.
