Along the road we found some hidden 'treasure'. Shoehorned into somebody's driveway, buried under a hugely overgrown tree, is a gigantic seventies era American Car. I'm no expert on American cars, particularly these huge 70s barges, but the distinctive grille and hidden headlamps speak to me of a 1975 Ford LTD Landau. This really is the most ludicrous example of American excess, and in it's own way quite collectable. Just check out some of the vital statistics: 224 inches long - and it's a coupe - with a 460 cu in V8 engine. That's 7.5 litres!
