Last night we were gifted with beautiful snow that any nation would be proud of. Even Karin would have approved, and it was certainly enough to make Laura go gooey. I was worried for a minute as I thought she might burst into Finnish folk songs and start eating reindeer, but that wasn't to be. And neither was the photo. The snow stopped at about 23:00 never to return, and the beauty was all gone by this morning. I'm carefully avoiding shops today, though taking Laura to work I could see that the huge car park at Asda Walton was two thirds full at about twenty past eight. Instead I'm trying to do the finishing touches at home, and we all know that those last minute presents are the most difficult to wrap and you often feel like you need four hands. Fortunately, Lingy the Bear turns out to be a whizz with the tape and scissors and was happy to help me out. But shhhhhhhhh. Laura mustn't find out that he's been wandering off without her. :) Well, I thought I'd be giving you a snowy picture today.
