I did an extended circuit, and this took me into Sandfield Park. It seems that if you live there, it's de rigueur to build an eight foot high front wall with matching gates. If you're feeling really neurotic, like this householder, you can top it off with some barbed wire. I understand that people want privacy, but what's the point in living in a 'nice' area if you're just going to live behind an eight foot wall. You can buy a plot of land in Speke for three grand and do that rather than dropping £450k on a house.
