Blessedly it wasn't that early as it was the sevenish train rather than the sixish train, and of course she was getting the train to Manchester Airport rather than being dropped off. It did get my timing just perfect to be pelted by a really nasty hailstorm between the car park and my office though. The little buggers were pinging my ears like bullets!
