A Kanuka (Kunzea ericoides) Tea Tree in full frame close-up. Although kanuka honey is not as well-known internationally as manuka, it actually contains more of the antiseptic properties than manuka, just not measurable as UMF. Kanuka honey's antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties could be even stronger than Manuka.
