Darkspotted Flatworm Maritigrella fuscopunctata is a marine polyclad flatworm that occurs in the tropical Indo-West Pacific, max. length 7cm. Maritigrella flatworms eat ascidians by sucking out individual animals with their tube-shaped pharynx (a part of the gut) that can be pushed out through the mouth to engulf the prey. Maritigrella fuscopunctata has a similiar pattern and colour at the underside and a pair of tentacles that extend like flaps at the front of the body. This specimen was found on a ship wreck, a post WWII wreck, the Hafa Adai Ferry in Palau, 7°19'12.4 N 134°26'39.78 E at 13m depth

It is native to the northeastern Pacific Ocean where it lives in deep water anchored by its base in sand or mud. Tubulophilinopsis gardineri is a sea slug characterized by its broad headshield and a pronounced hump, growing up to 70 mm in length. Its body shield has two rounded lobes, and lateral outgrowths on both sides curve towards the body's center. This species' color is dark brown or black, with a bright blue margin on its shields, posterior lobes, and parapodia. Tubulophilinopsis gardineri is native to the Indo-Pacific region and can be found on sandy or muddy substrates, typically in shallow water depths of up to 10 m. As a predator, it feeds on polychaete worms and other sea slugs. This slug moves rapidly and can detect the mucus trail left by prey. Tubulophilinopsis gardineri has no radula and everts its mouth cavity to suck up its prey. It is a hermaphrodite and lays egg masses containing 5,000 to 70,000 eggs that hatch after four to ten days

$Big Blue Octopus Octopus cyanea occurs in the tropical Indo-Pacific from eastern Africa to the Hawaiian Islands in a depth range from 0-150m, max. mantle length 22cm with arms to at least 80 cm. \nBig blue octopuses are found living in muddy, sandy, or rocky bottoms, and in seagrass beds. They create lairs or dens in crevices or coral rubbles within coral reefs. These dens aren't used for long term; on average individuals spend up to 35 days in one den.
