A mule deer walks past the 2500 seat amphitheater located on South Table Mountain in Golden, Colorado which was constructed in the depression years of 1934-35 during Franklin D. Roosevelt's Federal Emergency Relief Administration. Camp George West's transient camp put 200 - 500 homeless to work on various projects including the amphitheater. The transient workers reportedly worked for twenty-one meals and $1 a week. Movies were shown nightly and citizens of Pleasant View were invited to attend. Unfortunately, the site of the amphitheater was the home of a large number of rattlesnakes. During the showing of films, snake alerts were called and projection would be halted until the area was cleared of intruders. Although filmgoers began to attend the movies armed with flashlights, pistols, and forked sticks, the snake infestation made the amphitheater offerings less attractive. After a short period of use, the structure was abandoned.

Prusias ad Hypium, an ancient city located in the Konuralp District of Düzce, first appeared in history as Hypios. It was established on a hill that ran from east to west and ended in a plain. Eventually, it came to be called Kieros. In the 2nd century BC, the Bithynians, led by their king Prusias I, captured Kieros from the Mariandyns and Herekleia State. Prusias I improved the city and decorated it with many monuments. He also fortified it and changed its name to Prusias. The city's ancient theater, known locally as the Forty Steps, was built during the Hellenistic Age (300-30 BC) and includes additions from the Roman Period (30 BC-300 AD).

old theater in a deserted hotel, in Naas, Lebanon. from the upper view the theater looks bright, it is still deserted with the red colorful seats and podium. if we go back in time toward the 1990's we probably would have had the same shot with vintage dressed people and good times like the broadway shows.
