Synovial sarcoma is a cancer that can come from different types of soft tissue, such as muscle or ligaments. It is often found in the arm, leg, or foot, and near joints such as the wrist or ankle. It can also form in soft tissues in the lung or abdomen. Synovial sarcoma may also be called malignant synovioma.

There is a cortical cyst in the lower pole of the right kidney measuring 6.1 x 6.1 x 6.1 cm, with the upper thin posterior separation containing calcification 3 mm thick.  This is most probably benign Bosniak 2-2F. No suspicious renal mass, stone or hydronephrosis.  The unopacified renal collection system appears grossly normal.
