Fredericia is af fortification in Jutland (Denmark)  from 1650 build to prevent the Germans to cross over to the Island of Fuen. In 1909 when the fortification was obsolete, there where build a water tower in a style which fitted the surroundings.

A person passing the ruined gatehouse of Bungay Castle in Bungay, Suffolk, Eastern England. The Norman castle keep was built by Hugh Bigod, Earl of Norfolk, in 1165 with the gatehouse being constructed around the late 13th century. The castle was given by the Duke of Norfolk to the town of Bungay in 1987 and is now owned by the Bungay Castle Trust. (Seen from outside the fence.)
