The Lalbagh Fort, commonly known as Lalbagh Kella is an incomplete Mughal fortress situated in Old Dhaka. Built during the Mughal period by Prince Muhammad Azam (Viceroy of Bengal) son of Mughal Emperor Aurangzeb in 1678 the fort remains an iconic Mughal structure for its rich history.
