Princeton Battle Monument in Princeton, NJ, USA. The Monument commemorates the January 3, 1777 Battle of Princeton, and shows General George Washington leading his troops to victory. Sculptor Frederick MacMonnies is the author the monument. The architectural design was done by Thomas Hastings. The monument was made from Indiana Limestone and was completed in 1922.
