Blenheim Palace is a monumental stately home situated in Woodstock, Oxfordshire, England. It is the seat of the Dukes of Marlborough. The palace, one of England's largest houses, was built between 1705 and circa 1724. UNESCO recognised the palace as a World Heritage Site in 1987.

The city was known as the Jewel Box due to its' Baroque and Rococo city centre.  During WWII the British and Americans bombed the city killing approximately 25,000 people and destroying the city.  The ruins of the city remained for 50 years until being rebuilt between 1994 and 2005.  Dresen is one of the most popular cities visited in Germany.
