The Canakkale Martyrs' Memorial (Turkish: Çanakkale Şehitleri Anıtı) is a war memorial commemorating the service of about 253,000 Turkish soldiers who participated at the Battle of Gallipoli, which took place from April 1915 to December 1915 during the First World War. It is located within the Gallipoli Peninsula Historical National Park on Hisarlık Hill in Morto Bay at the southern end of the Gallipoli peninsula in Çanakkale Province, Turkey.

Çanakkale, Gelibolu - April 24, 2007: After the Dardanelles War in 1915 ended with the victory of the Turks, some activities are held on March 18, when the Naval War was the most intense, and on April 24-25, the beginning of the Land Wars, in order not to forget this war.\n\nRepresentatives of these countries, especially Turks, British, French, Australians and New Zealanders (ANZAC), gather in the Monument area and make speeches. After a moment of silence and military parades, they leave flowers on their graves to commemorate the soldiers who lost their lives.
