This is one of 18 blocks of flats built in mock Tudor style between 1928 and 1936. It is the Hanger Hill Garden Estate in Ealing, London W3. It is sometimes known as the Tudor Estate. Tudor buildings feature a white facade with prominent wooden beams picked out in black or brown. Historically, the real Tudor period in England extends from 1485 to 1603. Architecture harking back to such times shows a real affection for and appreciation of the past.

St Albans Ye Olde Fighting Cocks allegedly the oldest pub in England. St Albans, Hertfordshire, England, UK. This  is the  outside of the pub entrance.
