The equestrian monument of Giuseppe Garibaldi, hero of the Unification and Independence of Italy during the wars of the nineteenth century, on top of the gardens of the Janiculum hill. From this hill, located on the right bank of the Tiber river, it is possible to admire a series of spectacular views over the historic center of Rome and the famous Trastevere district, up to the central Appenine mountains.
