Montreal, Canada - November 1, 2016: Plaque commemorating the 14 females victims of the Ecole Polytechnique massacre, on the school's outside wall. On December 6th 1989, a man armed with a rifle and a hunting knife, shot 28 people, killing 14 women, before committing suicide. The killer targeted female students. The mass murder led to more stringent gun control laws in Canada.
