The Velvet Ghost Pipefish is a marine fish species belonging to the family Syngnathidae, commonly found in benthic habitats such as coral reefs and seagrass beds. They are known for their camouflaged appearance, which includes brown, gray, white, black, yellow, orange, red, green, blue, and purple coloration, as well as their elongated body, long snout, and transparent fins.
