Tarifa castle in Cadiz surf city  of Andalusia Spain under blue sunny sky. This castle is also called the Guzman el bueno castle. It is a medieval fortress located in the Andalusian town of Tarifa, Spain. Remains of Roman structures have been located inside, the current construction is a work from the Caliphal period. Its original function was the defense of Tarifa during the Reconquista, restored in the 17th century to serve as a defense against the attacks of Berber pirates and during the War of Independence it was the center of operations for the Spanish troops. It is only a few hundred meters long but one of the most important and most used walkways in Jerusalem. Many tourists as well as locals use this path every day. The walls provided protection and security for the inhabitants of the Old City of Jerusalem for many centuries. The planting of palm trees makes the whole area look picturesque and beautiful.
