plant Stem of Wheat C.S. under light mircoscope with white background
Springtails, Order Collembola. Group under the bark.
Antique yellow gloster pattern paper marbling full frame.
Hyper parasitic wasp sitting on Pupa of Ichneumonidae Satara, Maharashtra, India
Squash preparation of onion root tip cells stained to reveal chromosomes, Bright field illumination, light microscopy. This image was taken with the X40 objective lens. Depth of focus is extremely low at this magnification. Smaller apertures give greater depth of focus, but image quality deteriorates and resolution is greatly reduced. The aperture in this image was optimised for contrast and resolution. Chromatic abberation is inevitable in light microscopy, but has been kept to a minimum in this image.
Amphora sp. algae under microscopic view pattern, Diatoms, phytoplankton, fossils, silica, golden yellow algae
Aspergillus fumigatus is one of the most common Aspergillus species to cause disease in individuals with an immunodeficiency. This pathogen primarily causes invasive infection in the lung.
pollen grains photographed with an electron microscope
Abstract nano molecular structure
White silkworm cocoons shell.silkworm cocoon background. Group of silk worm cocoons in nests. Taken at Bao Loc city, Lam Dong province, Vietnam.
Abstract blue cell pattern, spots, cool, virus, background effect, texture
Magnified pollen grains under the light microscope. Grains of pollen often cause allergic reactions to the antigens embedded on the outer casing of microscopic grains. Hay fever and pollinosis. Photo.
An image showing a particle suspended in an abstract background.
Algae under microscopic view, diatoms, green algae, Antarctic minke whales, Cocconeis, pattern background
Extreme Close up of water

Basil seeds in syrup in bowl on yellow background.
Old orange and black scuffed damaged marbled paper, Original over 150+ years old
Snake skin as an abstract background. Texture.
Photomicrograph of potato starch in cells of potato tuber, Solanum tuberosum. Starch is normally white but is stained blue with iodine to show better. Live specimen. Wet mount, 10X objective, transmitted brightfield illumination. Note - very shallow depth of field, chromatic aberration and uneven focus are inherent in light microscopy.
Pupa of parasitoid wasps of the family Braconidae in parasitized caterpillar of Silver Y (Autographa gamma).
Rat tailed maggot photographed in a studio
The silkworm first starts to spin a hammock of silk to support the cocoon. The hammock is a loose, irregular protective network of silk in which the cocoon will be suspended.
