Ajanta Cave, Maharashtra, India (19th Nov 2011): This is one of the rarest mural painting that preserved well in Ajanta Caves. These are 13th century paintings painted by buddhist monks showing different aspects of life of Buddha.

Datong, Shanxi, China- March 2, 2013: The Yungang Grottoes, in Datong city, Shanxi Province, with their 252 caves and 51,000 statues, represent the outstanding achievement of Buddhist cave art in China in the 5th and 6th centuries. Together with Mogao Grottoes in Dunhuang and Longmen Grottoes in Luoyang, the Yungang Grottoes site is one of the three leading grottoes locations in China.
