Heavenly bamboo
Nandina flowers before blooming, covered with dense white buds, which turn into red berries in a few months.
Heavenly Bamboo, not actually related to Bamboo, but part of the Barberry Family.  This can be found in China and Japan.
Heavenly bamboo (Nandina domestica). Berberidaceae evergreen shrub. Produces panicles of six-petaled white flowers in early summer.
Deutzia scabra, commonly called fuzzy deutzia, is an upright, somewhat coarse, deciduous shrub that typically grows 6-10’ tall with spreading to arching branches that form a rounded crown. It is native to Japan. Mature branching is clad with exfoliating brown bark. Tiny, fragrant, star-shaped, white flowers (to 3/4” long) appear in late spring in upright racemose panicles (to 3-6” long) which cover the shrub for about two weeks. [Missouri Botanical Garden]

Mahonia japonica is an evergreen shrub, which has been extensively cultivated in Japan and is commonly called Japanese mahonia, although it is native to China. Fragrant yellow flowers in loose, spreading to pendant racemes bloom in late winter to early spring (March-April). Flowers are followed by ornamentally attractive grape-like bunches of small waxy fruits which mature to blue-black in late spring to early summer.

Rosa banksiae, commonly called Banksian rose, is a climbing rose. It may be trained to an arbor, fence or wall where it will climb and cover. Double white flowers with densely packed petals bloom in clusters in May-June with no repeat bloom. Flowers are mildly scented. Long flexible, almost thornless stems are clad with green leaves.
