This is a photo of a Red-Tailed Hawk (buteo jamaicensis), which is a common hawk in North America.
A Peregrine Falcon is fed a small chick.  This bird of prey hunts for small birds and animals.  They are known to dive at incredible speeds to captured their prey.  In this case, the chick was fed to it by a falconry adept.  The chick was eaten in less than 5 minutes, feathers and all.

Yellow-billed Kite.\nThe yellow-billed kite (Milvus aegyptius) is the Afrotropic counterpart of the black kite (Milvus migrans), of which it is most often considered a subspecies. However, DNA studies suggest that the yellow-billed kite differs significantly from black kites in the Eurasian clade, and should be considered as a separate, allopatric species.
