It is the building that was converted into a mosque during the conquest of Amasra by Fatih Sultan Mehmet in 1460. It has a single minaret. Amasra is a district of Bartın province in the Western Black Sea Region. It has a cape that stretches out towards the sea, two bays on both sides of the cape that serve as a sheltered harbor and independent islands connected to the mainland.
