Bacterial multidrug efflux pumps (E-CmeB) expel antibiotics from inside the bacterium (bottom): ciprofloxacin (yellow), chloramphenicol (violet), ampicillin (red).

Cryptococcus neoformans fungus, computer illustration. C. neoformans is a yeast-like fungus that reproduces by budding. An acidic mucopolysaccharide capsule completely encloses the fungus. It can cause the disease cryptococcosis, especially in immune deficient patients, such as those with HIV/AIDS (acquired immunodeficiency syndrome). It can infect the brain, causing meningitis or brain abscesses, lungs or skin. The most common clinical form is meningoencephalitis. It is caused by inhaling the fungus from soil that has been contaminated by pigeon droppings.
Klebsiella pneumonia (large colony) and Enterococcus fecium (small colony) grown on an agar plate. Klebsiella pneumonia is ESBL and multidrug resistant and Enterococcus fecium is vancomycin resistant.

Blastomycosis is a fungal infection caused by inhaling Blastomyces dermatitidis spores. If it involves only the lungs, it is called pulmonary blastomycosis. Only about half of people with the disease have symptoms, which can include fever, cough, night sweats, muscle pains, weight loss, chest pain, and feeling tired.
Immunotherapy of Alzheimer's disease: Monoclonal antibody (light blue) bound to an amyloid beta peptide (orange), that is aggregated to amyloid beta fibrils, which build up amyloid plaques.

Complement component 3, often simply called C3, is a protein of the immune system. It plays a central role in the complement system and contributes to innate immunity. 3D cartoon and Gaussian surface models with differently colored protein chains, white background.

Candida albicans grown on chromogenic agar plates. Candida albicans, a fungus naturally present in small quantities on the body, inhabits areas such as the mouth, skin, and intestines. When the balance with healthy bacteria is disrupted, Candida can lead to infections like thrush and vaginal yeast infections. These infections are frequent and typically addressed with antifungal medications.
After dopamine binding, the dopamine receptor changes his shape and binds the inactive G protein. The G protein expels its GDP molecule replacing it by GTP. and falls into two pieces. The Galpha subunit binds to and activates the enzyme adenylyl cyclase, which produces then cyclic AMP spreading a signal through the cell.

Bone marrow plasma cells .Plasma cell neoplasms are diseases in which the body makes too many plasma cells. Plasma cell neoplasms can be benign or malignant. Diagnosed with Immunostain CD138 positive.
All drugs are resistance in sensitivity test.
