Salem,Massachusetts, USA- September 14, 2016: Old Salem Town Hall which is now home to the Salem Museum.  A perfect example of Federal Style built in 1816.  It sits in Derby Square and has historical associations with a prominent 18th and 19th century Salem family.  In 1930’s it was destine for demolition only to be saved by Samuel McIntire, a local well know architect and woodcarver.  It has been partially restored in 1970’s.

William Emerson, father of minister William Emerson and grandfather of transcendentalist writer and lecturer Ralph Waldo Emerson. n 1842, the American writer Nathaniel Hawthorne rented the Old Manse for $100 a year. The Old Manse The house is located on Monument Street, with the Concord River just behind it. The property neighbors the North Bridge, a part of Minute Man National Historical Park. It was designated a National Historic Landmark in 1966 and is open to the public as a nonprofit museum.

Paramaribo, Suriname: High Court of Justice of Suriname - the Court of Justice is a late 18th century colonial building made of brick, the architecture is based on the classicist style. The building is five bays wide and three deep. There is a stone staircase at both the front and the rear that leads to the first floor. The facades are symmetrically arranged, with the front facade accentuated by using corner pilasters and a center riser for the main entrance. The building also has an attic and a slate-covered mansard roof. Part of Historic Inner City of Paramaribo Unesco World heritage site.
