It was originally a steep-sloped amphitheater with a three-story stone front wall and a wooden roof made of expensive, cedar of Lebanon timber. It was used as a venue for music concerts with a capacity of 5,000. It lasted intact until it was destroyed and turned into a ruin by the Heruli in 267 AD. -

The Apakh Hoja Mazar (the Fragrant Concubine Tomb) is in Aizrete Village, it is 5 km far away from Kashgar. It was built in 1640, The Apakh Hoja Mazar is an Islamic Hoja (sages’ descendents) mausoleum with the biggest scale and great influence in the territory of Xinjiang.
