Part of the outer wall of Gariannonum, the Roman fort at Burgh Castle, Norfolk. Three walls of the fort are still in existence, the fourth having fallen into the river estuary below. The fort was built as a 'Saxon shore' fort around AD260 and was garrisoned by the Equites Stablesiani Gariannoneses, a detachment of the elite troops of the Stablesian auxiliary cavalry.

San Carlos, East Falkland, Falkland Islands: Blue Beach Military Cemetery, a British war cemetery holding the remains of 14 of the 255 British casualties killed during the War in 1982, and one other killed in 1984.
