Longnose Hawkfish Oxycirrhites typus is a reef-associated and strongly territorial fish species living in tropical Indo-Pacific from the Red Sea and South Africa to the Hawaiian Islands, north to southern Japan, south to New Caledonia and in the Eastern Pacific from the Gulf of California to northern Colombia and the Galapagos Islands in a depth range from 10-100m. \nThe species is uncommon or rare in most shallow areas, less uncommon below 25m depth. Maximum length 13cm. \n \nThis specimen is untypically sitting in an open area. The species usually hides in branching corals. \n\nTriton Bay, Kaimana Regency, West Papua Province, Indonesia, \n3°58'25.8996 S 134°9'58.816 E at 18m depth

TRUMPETFISH SWIMMING IN CORAL REEF CLEAR WATER
This Chinese Trumpetfish is swimming along a part of the reef with many different coral species. \nNusa Laut is the smallest inhabited island in the Lease Islands group east of Ambon, in Indonesia's Maluku province. Overall the coral community of Amet Reef is healthy and has a high resilience potential. Acropora table corals grow to enormous dimensions here. \nChinese Trumpetfish Aulostomus chinensis occurs throughout the tropical Indo-Pacific Region east of India including Easter Island in a depth range from 3-122m, usually found in clear shallow water, feeding on small fishes and shrimps, max. length 80cm. The body coloration can be uniform or mottled in a range of grey, brown, or dark green. Big Fin Reef Squid
The Razorfish (Aeoliscus strigatus) is a small, slender, and elongated fish that is known for its distinct razor-thin profile. This species has a silver coloration with a series of dark vertical stripes along its body, helping it to blend into its surroundings. Razorfish are commonly found in shallow waters near coral reefs and seagrass beds, and are able to swim vertically by using their long dorsal and anal fins. They feed on small crustaceans and plankton and are known for their excellent swimming abilities and agility.
