A monument to the soldiers of the Confederacy erected in front of the Marcus H. Long Jr. Courthouse in Floyd, Virginia, by the Daughters of the Confederacy in 1904. The poem at the base invokes the Lost Cause myth of the Civil War.

Robert Gould Shaw is seen leading members of the 54th Regiment Massachusetts Volunteer Infantry 1863. Grand-Pré, Nova Scotia - August 2023: Statue of Evangeline, a young woman who was separated from her partner during the deportation. She became a symbol of the events and the Acadian people. Grand-Pré National Historic Site, was the centre of an Acadian settlement from 1682 to 1755 and the location of the Deportation of the Acadians, from 1755  until 1762.
There is no copyright, nor right to the image. The sculptor died in 1943. It is Mr. Charles-Henri Pourquet. He was awarded a gold medal in 1929, out of competition, and the legion of honor in 1931.  This statue of a soldier is called \

The memorial to Robert Gould Shaw and the Massachusetts Fifty-Fourth Regiment is a bronze relief sculpture (c. 1897) by Augustus Saint-Gaudens opposite the Massachusetts State House, at the edge of the Boston Common. It depicts Colonel Robert Gould Shaw leading members of the 54th Regiment Massachusetts Volunteer Infantry as it marched down Beacon Street on May 28, 1863 to depart the city to fight in the South. This is the first civic monument to pay homage to the heroism of African American soldiers

Paul Revere Mall in downtown Boston, Massachusetts.  In the foreground is the statue of Paul Revere and in the background is Old North church.  It was the lanterns in the spire that alerted the revolutionaries to the British arrival.\n\nThe statue of Paul Revere is by Cyrus Edwin Dallin is installed in Boston's Paul Revere Mall near the Old North Church in the U.S. state of Massachusetts.
