The Reguliersgracht canal is spanned by seven bridges (Nos. 31, 39, 40, 40, 72, 73, 74 and 81) which are best viewed from a boat, as you can see all seven at the same time. All seven are single arch bridges and at night they are illuminated, which adds to their romantic and almost magical character. Luminous day where several people with their bicycles ride along one of the bridges.
