It’s located in the 9th arrondissement, in the Grands Boulevards area.\n\nIt opened in 1846, built by architect François Destailleur and engineer Romain de Bourges and named after Count Félix de Jouffroy-Gonsans, a financier of the project. \n\nIt is the first passage in Paris to be built entirely in metal and glass, with marble mosaic flooring.
