When you visit Sudan, you will be taken Camel Market in capital, khartoum (exact place is Omdurman in Khartoum). Some (or most) camels leg are tied up so that they can't run away,,, which looks brutal,,,, but they become wild once in a while, I actually saw a camel running around with loud noise ! So i have to agree with the tying idea. Other than that, looking at camel's eye and yawning is very peaceful. It was a bright day with sizzling sun.
