This is the safest way to practice physical recreation similar to mountaineering. Rope parks provide unforgettable experiences, adrenaline and exercise in the fresh air. It is fun for children, teenagers, adults and older people.Various obstacles made of wood, steel ropes, plastic ropes or mesh are hung between the trees (or poles). The most common ones include hanging footbridges, beams suspended on cables, U-shaped cables, zip lines, net walks, and rope jumps.

A ropes course is a challenging outdoor personal development and team building activity which usually consists of high elements, low elements, or some combination of the two. Low elements take place on the ground or above the ground. High elements are usually constructed in trees or made of utility poles and require a belay for safety.
