Alstroemeria, also called the Peruvian lily, Lily of the Incas, Parrot lily, New Zealand Christmas bell, Parrot flower, Red parrot beak, is native to South America. Alstroemeria is best known as cut flowers and lasts as long as two weeks in a vase, but it can also be grown in the garden. Alstroemeria flowers bloom from late spring to early summer and come in many shades of colors such as red, orange, pink, yellow, rose, purple and white.

The Zephyranthes carinata flower is blooming on the tree among the green leaves, the petals are pink and the stamens are yellow. This species is known as Rosepink zephyr lily or Pink rain.
