A beautiful female specimen of Common Buzzard (Buteo Buteo), a medium-to-large bird of prey very present in the countryside and woods in Italy, a hawk-like species much loved by bird and avifauna enthusiasts. Known in Italy by the name of Poiana, it is one of the most widespread birds of prey in central and eastern Europe, southern Africa and Asia.
