Adenium obesum, commonly known as the desert rose, is a perennial flowering plant. It is very beautiful plant and is known by its deep red flowers, blooming in spring, and a swollen succulent stem.

A vibrant, brightly colored Desert Rose plant with several flowers in full bloom. Grown mainly in warmer climates such as Florida and islands of the West Indies. This one was found in Barbados.

The Desert Rose grows easily in the United Arab Emirates. Growing to a height of about 4-5ft, this succulent plant is a member of the same family as Plumeria.
