The stream, or more precisely, the mountain river flowing along the bottom of the Goynuk Canyon, is its heart and main feature. Its waters don't just flow, they fill the canyon with life, creating lakes, waterfalls and trails for active recreation. The water in the stream is much colder than in the Mediterranean Sea. This is due to the fact that it comes directly from mountain springs.
