Compton, England - March 9, 2019: the Watts Chapel is the work of Mary Watts, artist and wife of George Frederic Watts (one of the most celebrated artists of the second half of the 19th century), and the people of Compton in Surrey. It was designed in 1895 and eventually consecrated in 1898. It is built in brick and decorated with beautiful terracotta reliefs, created at the Watts' house and pottery very close by using local clay. It has an extraordinary interior decorated in coloured gesso relief by Mary Watts and around 80 members of the local community. It remains a working village parish chapel, having been given to the people of Compton by Mary and G F Watts, both of whom are buried in its cemetary. The Watts Chapel is open to the public without charge.

$The Stintmarkt is located in Lüneburg's historic water district. As the name suggests, the fish species “smelt” used to be traded here, a small, herring-like fish that was very popular in the Middle Ages.\nSimilar to salmon, the smelt swim into the river at the end of February to spawn in the sandy bottom. They were caught and traded at the smelt market.\n\nToday Lüneburg's most famous bar and restaurant mile is located at Stintmarkt. The medieval houses, which are all very well preserved, offer a fantastic and well-used photo backdrop.$
