Munzur Mountains or Mercan mountain ranges are in the Eastern Anatolia Region. As a settlement, it is between Tunceli and Erzincan. It has glacial lakes on it. The highest point is Akbaba Hill with 3463 m. Munzur Valley National Park was established in 1971.
